Marc Slotnick is the Managing Partner of Bailey & Slotnick, PLLC, a member of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC. His practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate matters throughout the state of West Virginia, wills, trusts, estate planning, corporate entities and contracts. He currently resides a Commissioner for Kanawha County, W. Va., and former chairperson of the West Virginia Bar Association, Real Estate Division as well as County Attorney for The Kanawha County Commission until his recent appointment to Commissioner in 2024.
