𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗢𝗛𝗜𝗢 𝗟𝗔𝗪 𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗘𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗧𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗢𝗡 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗚𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗘𝗦

On March 16, 2021, Governor DeWine signs new law reducing the statute of limitations for mortgage foreclosures. The impact for lenders is that Ohio Revised Code 2305.06 reduces the statute of limitations for a mortgage from 8 years to 6 years. This law will take effect in 90 days.
